In short
The price at which ERE units are traded on the emissions market. There is no official exchange rate: traders and booking service providers quote their own prices, and those quotes differ. The price moves with demand from fuel suppliers: when units are scarce it rises, when there is a surplus it can fall. The current calculation value and its history are on the ERE price page.
