This website, hereinafter referred to as "ERE-vergelijk", is managed and operated by ERE-vergelijk.nl, with email address info@ere-vergelijk.nl, hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our".
Article 2 — Scope
These terms of use apply to every visit to and every use of the website ERE-vergelijk, as well as to all information and services offered via this website. By visiting or using the website, the visitor (hereinafter "you" or "the user") agrees to these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease using the website.
Article 3 — Nature of the service
ERE-vergelijk is an independent comparison website that provides an overview of booking service providers active in the field of Emission Reduction Units (hereinafter: "ERE"). Our service consists exclusively of providing comparative information about these booking service providers, such as their services, attributes and indicative pricing, in order to enable the user to make an informed choice. ERE-vergelijk is not itself a booking service provider and does not provide services in the field of Emission Reduction Units. We do not act in any way as an intermediary, broker or agent of the booking service providers listed on our website. The order in which booking service providers are displayed on our website is not influenced by any commercial compensation from these providers and does not constitute a recommendation or ranking based on quality.
Article 4 — Affiliate model and referrals
ERE-vergelijk has been set up to operate in the future on the basis of an affiliate model. This means that when you click on a "sign up directly" link or a similar referral link on our website, you are referred to the external website (landing page) of the relevant booking service provider. At this time, however, we do not receive any compensation for these referrals and we operate the website entirely pro bono. The affiliate model is not yet active. If and as soon as the affiliate model is activated, these terms of use will be updated accordingly. By clicking on a referral link, you leave the ERE-vergelijk website. From that moment on, the terms, privacy policy and working method of the relevant booking service provider apply. We have no control over and accept no liability for the content, policy, services or actions of these external parties. Any agreement you enter into with a booking service provider via a referral link is an agreement between you and that provider, without any involvement of ERE-vergelijk.
Article 5 — No account environment
ERE-vergelijk does not currently offer the option to create a user account or personal environment on the website. All information on the website is freely accessible without registration. We do not collect login details or account-related personal data via this website.
Article 6 — Accuracy and completeness of information
We strive to keep the information on ERE-vergelijk as accurate, complete and current as possible. The information published on the website about booking service providers is, however, based on data supplied by these providers themselves or on publicly available sources. ERE-vergelijk does not guarantee that the information provided is accurate, complete, current or error-free at all times. The information on the website is purely informative and does not constitute legal, financial or other professional advice. We recommend that the user always verify current information directly with the relevant booking service provider before making a decision.

ERE-vergelijk accepts no liability for damage of any kind arising from or related to the use of the website, reliance on the information published on it, or the use of referral links to external websites of booking service providers. In particular, we are not liable for: (a) inaccuracies, incompleteness or outdated information on the website; (b) the quality, performance or availability of services offered by the booking service providers listed on the website; (c) any dispute, damage or loss arising from an agreement between the user and a booking service provider; (d) the content, privacy policy or operation of external websites to which we refer; (e) technical disruptions, interruptions or unavailability of the website.

All intellectual property rights with regard to the website, including but not limited to the texts, images, graphic design, logos, icons, layout and software, belong to ERE-vergelijk or its licensors. Nothing on this website may be reproduced, stored, made public or distributed without prior written permission from ERE-vergelijk, except insofar as this is necessary for normal use of the website (such as viewing and temporary caching in your browser).

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms of use or the use of the website will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district of Rechtbank Oost-Brabant, without prejudice to the right of the consumer to choose, within one month after ERE-vergelijk has invoked this forum selection clause, the legally competent court in accordance with Article 6:236 sub n of the Dutch Civil Code.
