In short
Someone who charges at home with their own charge point. According to the NEa, a home charger qualifies for ERE if the charge point has a built-in, MID-certified kWh meter and the grid connection at their address is in their name. For home chargers the NEa uses a fixed renewable share, regardless of solar panels or a green energy contract.
