About us

Xolvere is an accredited booking service provider for ERE certificates, registered with the NEa, serving private individuals, business drivers and partners. The renewable electricity charged at a charging station is converted into Emission Reduction Units. According to its own website, this can earn up to € 450 per year, with a commission from 20% and lower rates on a 3- or 5-year contract.

Message from the team

Xolvere was founded by three entrepreneurs who, together with charging station vendors, electricians, owners’ associations, fleet owners, leasing companies and CPOs, want to create something new: an independent, compliant and service-oriented solution that takes the hassle out of the process. We build for and with people, with enthusiasm and conviction — because real progress can only be achieved together. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

An estimate, not an offer: what you earn depends on your consumption, your meter readings and the price at the time of payout. The price used is published with its reference date and source on ERE price

Smart charger & MID meter

What is a smart charger?

A smart charger is a charging station that is connected to the internet and can automatically record and report your charging sessions to the provider. This lets the provider see exactly how many kWh were charged and when, and — for some services — steer the charging moment to take advantage of green electricity or lower tariffs. Whether your charging station must also be connected (OCPP, app or cloud) is up to the provider: the NEa only requires that the link with your charging station can be demonstrated — a photo of just a kWh reading is not enough.

A MID meter built into the charging station is mandatory

For ERE registration a MID meter built into the charging station is mandatory (NEa). The MID meter provides an accurate, legally valid record of the charged volume; without a MID meter the kWh cannot be converted into ERE units. The only exception the NEa names is an exclusive allocation point set up by your grid operator, behind which only the charger draws power — rare for home chargers.
