Auto-filled profile (draft)

Threemobility operates its own charging plazas under the Eviigo name with dynamic charging rates and can install a charging plaza at company sites. The Enschede-based company publishes no information about its ERE services: commission and payout are not transparent and a sign-up page for private or business customers is missing. Companies having a charging plaza installed via Eviigo can enquire directly whether ERE proceeds are included in the operation.

Not in the comparison

The NEa register is broader than our comparison: it also holds parties that only book fuels or have no offering for charge-point owners. No offering from EViiGO is in our comparison yet.

Smart charger & MID meter

What is a smart charger?

A smart charger is a charging station that is connected to the internet and can automatically record and report your charging sessions to the provider. This lets the provider see exactly how many kWh were charged and when, and — for some services — steer the charging moment to take advantage of green electricity or lower tariffs. Whether your charging station must also be connected (OCPP, app or cloud) is up to the provider: the NEa only requires that the link with your charging station can be demonstrated — a photo of just a kWh reading is not enough.

A MID meter built into the charging station is mandatory

For ERE registration a MID meter built into the charging station is mandatory (NEa). The MID meter provides an accurate, legally valid record of the charged volume; without a MID meter the kWh cannot be converted into ERE units. The only exception the NEa names is an exclusive allocation point set up by your grid operator, behind which only the charger draws power — rare for home chargers.
