- No tacit renewal of the authorisation; a new explicit authorisation is required for each period.

- Free and immediate termination if Laadbalans does not obtain a REV account.
Points to consider
- Almost complete exclusion of liability for damage arising from registering charging data, without any cap
- No exception whatsoever for intent or gross negligence in the liability limitation.
- The consumer cannot end the agreement early; termination only with Laadbalans' consent.
