Pros
- 100% model: no commission on ERE revenue, fixed service costs.
- No tacit renewal - a new explicit authorisation is required for each contract period.
- After 12 months, cancellable at any time with at most 1 month's notice and no cancellation penalty.
Points to consider
- Liability cap limited to €250 or 12 months of payouts - low.
- On withdrawal, a proportionate fee applies if the consumer asked for immediate performance.
- Groen-laden may set off against payouts to the consumer (albeit to a limited extent).
