The Charge 3 communicates with Zonneplan over 4G (a Zonneplan Connect in the charge point and one in the smart meter) and is operated in the Zonneplan app; with your consent, Zonneplan reads out and registers the charging sessions automatically for your EREs.

Charge 3

According to Zonneplan the Charge 3 has a built-in certified MID meter as standard; the charger communicates with Zonneplan over 4G. With another ERE registrar, Zonneplan says you often have to upload charging sessions yourself. Not to be confused with the older Charge or Charge 2, which have no MID meter.
