Wallbox is a Spanish manufacturer based in Barcelona, founded in 2015. It makes EV charge points and energy management solutions for residential, semi-public and public use.

The Pulsar Pro 2026 (launched 18 June 2026) has a built-in certified MID meter with its own meter display. Recognisable by "Pulsar Pro 2026" and type code PPR3-W-2-4-Y on the type plate on the side (22 kW, socket with shutter, product number 100000827). Older Pulsar Pro units with PPR1 or PPR2 have no MID.
Older Pulsar Pro units (type code PPR1 or PPR2, tethered or socket) have a factory-calibrated "class A equivalent" meter that is not MID-certified. The optional external MID meter does not count as integrated and stops qualifying in 2027. Only a Pulsar Pro with PPR3 on the type plate has MID.
Wallbox's technical datasheet lists no built-in MID meter for the Commander 2. According to Wallbox, MID metering uses a separate MID meter, bought on its own and connected to the charger's RS485 port.
