About Volt Time

Volt Time B.V. is a company in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, that designs and sells EV chargers and builds the Plugchoice platform they run on. It started in 2019 and launched its first charger, the Source, in 2022. The chargers are meant for a home or a whole parking location, with one or two sockets.

Source 2 Lite (zonder Business-upgrade)

Volt Time says two things about the Source 2 Lite (discontinued since late 2024): its MID overview lists it as MID-certified, while the product documentation restricts the MID certificate to the Business version. Have Volt Time or your ERE registrar confirm whether your unit has a MID meter.
