Dynamic load balancing and solar charging often need a separate meter, sensor or licence.
Has a factory MID retrofit kit (~€350–550) — only ERE-eligible if the kit is actually installed.

Integrated MID meter and OCPP as standard (e.g. article number XVL122S). Not to be confused with the Witty XEV, where MID is a retrofit kit.

No built-in MID meter: Hager only offers MID metering through an external Modbus meter in the meter cabinet, linked via the XVA245 communication card — including the kits sold with a "compteur MID". An external meter does not count as integrated and stops qualifying in 2027. Not to be confused with the witty plus or witty pro, which do have a MID meter.
