GARO is a Swedish company from Gnosjö that develops and manufactures products and solutions for electricity and e-mobility. It started in 1939 and is now an international group with operations in six countries and some 480 employees. For charging it makes wallboxes, such as the Entity series, for homes, housing cooperatives and businesses.
Dynamic load balancing and solar charging often need a separate meter, sensor or licence.
MID variant with visible MID-approved meter.
Dual Entity Pro (2 × 22 kW, two Type 2 outlets) with a visible, MID-certified energy meter: GARO lists 'Energymeter MID: Yes' for article 354204 (type EPCSO00332SVGIO00332SVGI). Thanks to that meter, the GARO Entity User app and web tool can show the charging history per user, according to GARO.
Base variant has internal-only meter, no MID certification.
