Built-in MID meter: suitable for earning ERE

According to Alfen it has a MID-certified energy meter (optionally with Eichrecht certification). Alfen states that all chargers on its NG or AHP platform have such a meter, which means all chargers produced from 2018; the production date is on the sticker on the underside of the charger. The charger communicates with a backoffice over OCPP.
